State registration of resources: registration interface
Recently, Habré ( 1 , 2 , 3 ) and other Internet resources ( 4 , 5 ) discuss Decree No. 60 of the President of the Republic of Belarus “On measures to improve the use of the national segment of the Internet” and Decree No. 644 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus “On some issues of improving the use of the national segment of the global computer network Internet. ”
Due to the fact that the company in which I work is an Internet service provider, I had to go through all the steps in order to comply with current legislation.
The Resolution says that the state registration is carried out "by the Ministry of Communications and Informatization or an organization authorized by it ". The Ministry of Communications shifted this function to the BelGIE (State Telecommunications Inspection). On the website of this structure there is an order of registration of legal entities . After filling out and signing all the documents, the time of the visit was agreed upon.

In the information technology department, I was met by a specially trained person, who generated a certificate for our organization and wrote to the USB-drive:
After that, a login-password pair was created for authorization on the Portal. BelGI’s employees could not answer many of the questions. For example, they do not know whether to register each subdomain of the third and deeper levels as an independent site. This information will have to find out the official request.
To register a site, you must first have a registrant and a data center (also known as a data center). When creating a registrant of an individual, the required fields are the name of the owner of the resource, the country code and e-mail address. It is quite successful that an individual is created without providing passport data, although this contradicts the Appendix to the Regulations.
The data center (Data Processing Center) requires the specification of the full name, network address space of resources and equipment located in the data center, such as this data center and its address. Moreover, as an address, you can specify geographic coordinates.
So, after the institution of the registrant and data center, you can register the site. The screenshot shows which fields you need to fill out.
The worst of all this was the need to register e-mails and the lack of clarity about the need to register domains of the third and deeper levels. Free hosting and mail services were at risk.
As a result, I can say that after becoming acquainted with the interface, there were even more questions than there were. Many of them will be formulated as an official request to the competent structures.

- list of revoked certificates;
- client software for cryptographic information protection;
