Pidgin 2.7.0 released
Released cross-platform instant messaging client. Of the new features most noticeable:
- the combination Ctrl + Shift + V, in order to “Paste as plain text” in the windows conversation, earlier Pidgin optimized the copied text (deleted tabulation, transitions to a new line ...).
- fixed bug where it was impossible to connect to Facebook.
- fixed a cyrillic encoding error in the authorization request.
- Improved error handling when connecting to Facebook.
- [ICQ] X-Status support.
- [ICQ] now it is possible to put an image on the icon from 1x1 to 100x100 (previously there were only 48x48 and 52x64 options).
- [ICQ] support for sending and receiving HTML messages.
- New application for working with history - Finch (for the call using the combination CTRL + R).
- as well as 89 errors fixed.
