Customer service leaves much to be desired

It so happened that I had to reinstall Windows, as a result of the new installation of Skype.
and then I understand that the password is forgotten.

I’m going to recover my password, enter my email, then get a link by which I switch and enter my password and confirmations, after which, in theory, the password changes. BUT! I have written PAGE NOT FOUND! .

Hmm, I am writing to the support service, describing the situation, waiting.

Here is the password reset procedure in deep details:
1. Go to the following page: secure.skype.com/account/password-reset-request

2. Enter your e-mail address in the blank e-mail address box..

3. You should receive an e-mail from us in a couple of minutes. This e-mail will contain two links to our website. You should click on the shorter one (the upper one).

4. Now you should be redirected to our page. If you have several Skype accounts linked to the same e-mail address, you will now be able to see a drop-down menu (which says "Skype Name") at this site, which will let you select the Skype accounts for which you would like to reset the password.

5. After you have selected your Skype Name, you should enter your new password in each of the two blank boxes.
The password reset procedure is now complete, so you should be able to get back to your account.

OK, I think maybe they misunderstood me, and apparently not a robot, because they signed it with a living name.

I am writing the answer saying that this is how it did again - the situation has not changed.
In response - silence.

Waiting for half a day - silence.

I re-write through the ticket on the site they say they did as instructed - the situation has not changed.

The answer was written thanks for the ticket, we will fix it.

Along the way, I asked my friends to check - it works for them.

I wrote to the support with a link to look.

But the answer (!!) came exactly the same as I published above, that is, they either didn’t look at all, or just like the robot template responds without even thinking about the problem - it’s not clear.

What do I do not even know.

PS: The trick is that I give the link to another person (token) so that he can change the password for me - and he also has the page not found, some garbage with login or what?
