Dell Latitude 2110 - netbook for students and businessmen

Despite the fact that Dell was disappointed in netbooks , the company is not going to completely abandon the development of this segment. The Latitude 2110 is a new model for students and entrepreneurs.

The netbook is a classic 10-inch model with a display resolution of 1024x600 pixels. An optional touch screen display or HD-matrix with a resolution of 1366 × 768 pixels.

The machine is based on the Intel Pine Trail platform (a bundle of Intel Atom N470 processor with an integrated Intel GMA 3150 graphics core), comes with 1 or 2 GB of RAM and a 160 or 250 GB hard drive (optional 64 GB SSD). There is also a Wi-Fi module, three USB ports and a 3-in-1 card reader. Again, optional netbook stuffing can be supplemented with 3G modules and Bluetooth and a webcam. An external DVD drive and a 6-cell battery are also offered.

OS is set by the user. Ubuntu 9.10, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and FreeDOS are offered as possible options.

In the minimum configuration, the netbook costs 389 dollars, to a maximum of 489 dollars.
