People whose work is related to the Internet, by 2015, will work only 20 hours a week, says Brian Prentice, director of research for
Gartner Research .
At the same time, Prentice believes, technologies will surround people not only at work, but also in everyday life. “Ultimately,” he says, “it will be very difficult to draw the line between personal and work using electronic equipment.”
This, in turn, means that those companies that provide their employees with maximum autonomy and freedom of action will have a large "weight".
