LiveStreet 0.4 release

Today, a new release of the blog-social engine LiveStreet 0.4 has been released.
One year has passed since the last release of the stable version, during which time the engine has made a significant leap forward.

New opportunities:
- Installer;
- Plugin system;
- Plugin profiling of the engine;
- OpenID plugin + VKontakte authorization (separate plugin);
- Functional closed blogs and invitations;
- Mutual friendship, now the user can confirm the friendship;
- The functionality of deferred sending notifications to e-mail using cron;
- New internal mail: quick selection of friends, ban list, managing members of correspondence (deleting and adding new ones), selected letters, searching by mail, ajax checking for new letters;
- Ability to add comments to favorites;
- Ability of custom classes to redefine modules, actions and entities;
- A new system of configs, now configs are presented in the form of arrays;
- Support for local configs;
- Block management system (sidebar) through configs;
- The management system of CSS and JS files - merge and compress;
- Changed the logic of working with the database, getting rid of requests from JOINs and using multi-requests to the database and memcache;
- Functional removal of blogs with the ability to transfer topics to another blog;
- Anti-spam system - time limits the creation of topics, comments, letters;
- A new mechanism for validation of submitted forms;
- Updated and improved Jevix text parser;
- Support for multi-language when displaying dates + uppercase date display;
- The ability to specify the default language, it will be taken from the missing textual primary language;
- Ability to action games to handle Ajax requests;
- The ability to determine in the router rewright and path alias;
- Support for hooks inside the template;
- Reworked image processing;
- Many fixes and improvements ;

Small statistics of the project development:
- Over 30,000 downloads;
- Created more than 100 different modules, most of which are free;
- The community has over 7,000 registered users, of which several hundred are active members;
- Written over 3500 topics and 40,000 comments on them;
