Boot from an OEM image of a netbook from under Win7

For youth and stupidity installed Win7 on a netbook. I was pushed to this by the presence of her (Win7) licensed version. But the day came when she began to slow down mercilessly, and from the non-manual would require greater performance (in fact, I just need to put Oracle there for study).
But there was a problem: Win 7 in “disk management” shows that there really is an image and even calls it OEM, but I cannot get at it. In the conductor it is not visible, when restoring the system, Win7 recovery is started (and earlier that OEM was started).
Yes, you can install XP from a flash drive, but I do not have the disk that came with it (lost, yes). Putting the “left” unix is an extreme option, but I'm just wondering: how can I load an OEM image from under Win7?
Maybe someone came across?
