Hetzner - new traffic conditions

From now on, dedicated Hetzner servers have new traffic conditions.
Earlier, before switching to 10 Mbps, 2 Terabyte of traffic per month was offered, 1TB per 100mbit for 14.90 euros additionally.

Today I went to their panel and saw ... Now 5 Terabytes + 6.90 euros for an additional terabytes.

This fallen from the Russian servers so helped Hetzner'u ???
