QIWI Visa Virtual - what's new

Virtual Visa card appeared in QIWI terminals in September last year:

It is actively supported by VISA itself, as we grow and educate its future users, accustoming them to pay with bank cards.

Currently about 2000 cards are issued daily. Sales show steady growth, and even in January 2010, sales increased relative to December 2009.

There were also the first problems. We were forced to raise the minimum card value to 300 rubles, as many curious irresponsible users tried, and not without success, to get tens and hundreds of dollars for a hundred-ruble service card.

The same story happened with the payment of the PlayStation. Temporarily QIWI Visa Virtual stopped taking in the PlayStation Store. But 5 days ago, we managed to settle all the questions and card acceptance was resumed.

Good news for all current and future QIWI cardholders. Now, when you purchase QIWI Visa Virtual, you will receive not one SMS, but two. In the second, there will be a free Skype voucher for the amount of 51 euro cent. A trifle, but it's nice :) The rules of the action are still Soviet - no more than one voucher in one hand for one cell phone number.

There have been interesting changes in the rating of purchases by cards.

The casino sites are spreading, and the first place is occupied by the bookmaker VON-Bet. FulTilt, Titan Poker, PokerStars, Bwin and other major western sites of this category appeared in the ranking.
