Ricardo de Montreuil (originally from Peru) for $ 5,000 shot a short film about the hunt of a high-tech police state for a certain person with super powers, which (thanks to super powers) are perceived by them as a threat to the existing political system:

Such a future looks terribly real. After all, the Russian Olympics (in Sochi), as is known, will be patrolled by police unmanned aerial vehicles. True, not armed. But for how long?
