The mobile operator added four entries to my phone book.

Today I discovered that four new entries have been added to my phone book. Unfortunately, the first two have already been deleted and have not recorded the numbers that were there, the two remained:

MTS operator. I searched, but could not find in the contract a clause in which the operator has the right to change the data in my phone book.

How can I protect my phone book from the infringement of a mobile operator?
