The modder hiding under the nickname “tarator” has long been planning to make a computer in the style of steampunk. At the competition, he presented the first step to the dream, the second name of the project (One step to dream ...). Describing this "disgrace" is useless, you need to watch the worklog. Brief statistics: the total number of handcrafted parts is slightly less than 200, the weight of the BP with the filling is about 2 kg.
2nd place. "White power" - Gr3shn1k

BlackJack's hand got a 450W “not the highest quality” power supply. Only the board and wires are taken from the unit itself. The rest is made by hand. The main material is 5 mm plexiglass red.

The presence of a large number of different modding devices and lights requires adequate power. In order to conveniently and reliably connect them, DimmB decided to make an external power supply unit, from a typical Chinese block of 300 watts.
The essence of the project is to make a sufficient number of connectors at different voltages (3.3v, 5v, 12v).
On the front panel there are 4 buttons on / off connectors, a power button for the power supply unit, spring terminals for 5v and 12v, two RCA connectors. On the back - 4 adjustable RCA connectors and 4 permanent RCA. Cover panels are made of orange plex.
