Custom tags

Very often, the authors of topics do not attach importance to the tags or are too lazy to put them down. I do not really like Habrapoisk, I prefer searching by tags, but many topics by tags are quite problematic to find.

It seems to me that it would be nice to show the author of the topic tags that were assigned to him by users who have added to favorites. Let the author look at the tags and, if he finds suitable ones, add them to the topic.
