Letters and ligatures

I am interested in history, I am conducting a local history forum about Riga, where it is often necessary to quote sources. Sometimes old letters are needed - pre-revolutionary Cyrillic, "ŗ", "ō", and others. In the keyboard layouts they are not, the character map is inconvenient - collected rare letters and ligatures (accreted letters) on one page “for one’s own” by the type copypastecharacter.com.

To do so is taken from Wikipedia of many-many letters: Latin and Cyrillic with all kinds of diacritics, the Greek alphabet with outdated symbols, phonetic signs, ligatures. I dropped the hearts of the snowmen, which are usual for such services.
