I often use live broadcasting and I can say I love it and perceive it as an integral part of Habr. But here is one bad luck: often when you click on a link, a page with Habratopik pops up, but the bottom is shown, i.e. comments

This is good only when I have already read this topic and I can see the latest comments. But for some reason it often happens that I see a topic for the first time. Maybe I’m not like this, maybe something else ... But turning the page upwards, especially when there are few comments, you see, it’s not very convenient and sometimes just annoying. // yes, I know about the existence of the home button, but sometimes I sit very comfortably, and in such a position it is very far from the keyboard and the reach is very broke.

Therefore, I propose a solution :
for those who have already watched this topic, open the page in the place where the new comments appeared;
and for those who have not yet seen the topic - at the top of the page.
