Negotiations are under way with several of the largest banks in the country. Typically, the cost of goods online stores already laid the commission of payment systems ("Yandex. Money", credit cards, etc.). Of course, discussion and analysis are behind your decision, but if officially the list of indices is available only on the Russian Post website in dbf form, this is a serious obstacle for many online stores, which will have to calculate their delivery depending on the city. I think that if you have an alternative (simplified) way of geo-targeting - it will be easier to connect to you.

It makes no sense for you to use the entire index database. Take only the first 2-3 digits and determine the city by them. For example, for St. Petersburg, the index is 19 *****.
