This utility visualizes the history of repository commits. She is able to save frames in separate files, which can then be merged into video using, for example, mencoder. For this, codeswarm needs an xml file with activity in the repository. Together with codeswarm comes a script that converts logs from svn, cvs, etc. to your own.
