The name sounds like “inventing a bicycle”, but here I will describe the only correct way to draw such “incomprehensible” logos.

So. To begin with, why this is necessary, and what is the difficulty.
Why should we draw what we already have: for example, you wanted to make a T-shirt, a sticker or print a logo - a small gif is of course not suitable for this. Everywhere you will be asked for a vector file.
Or you want to make a good quality icon or wallpaper - you need a big picture. With utility, like, sorted out.
The difficulty of drawing is that it is not clear where to start drawing. (You already have a vector editor and at the very least know how to work in it). And you need to start with the consideration and reflection of the original image: which figures (lines, circles, rectangles) where they came from, and where they go. Even in our example, this can be seen, despite the fact that it looks like confusion.
Drawing pixels without understanding where they are from is a waste of time, because the result will be acceptable only in the same size as the source.

Actually, the stages.
First, let's deal with the inscription: it is easier. It’s obvious where the lines are.
We draw contours:


Add each line thickness:


Now icon. It is more difficult - we are trying to discern the “meaning” in it:


And here we add the thickness:

All the lines have so far been made semi-transparent, so that each one can be seen separately against the background of others and in the original picture.

Paint over the part that will obviously be flooded:


We transform contours into separate curves and adjust the thickness of each part of all lines. We finish the rest, remove the extra nodes. In general, lick:


We look at the result. On the left is the original, on the right is our “creativity”:

Yes, there are non-ideal parts, but the task was not to draw the same thing, but to get the “correct” large image, which is what happened.
