Another blow of the Ukrainian operator “life :)” on its subscribers (“forced services”)

Habrahabr has repeatedly raised the topic of using various mobile operators to use their right to change tariffs and tariff plans. This article is an additional "5 kopecks" in this topic.

I would just like to make a reservation that this article is not advertising, anti-advertising or of any other type, which can influence the attitude to the companies and their trademarks affected in the article, but is just an expression of my personal opinion based on certain facts related to the provision mobile services, about the quality of those.
Somehow (11/26/2009) I received an SMS from the Ukrainian mobile operator “life :)”, in which I was informed that the bonus becomes even more profitable, that is, on 27.11 I will receive 10 minutes in Ukraine instead of 5 bonuses for an additional account (you should make a reservation that bonuses at that time I received as a result of a promotional offer that allows doubling the amount of the main account by transferring funds from it to bonuses on an additional account). In case of my disagreement, I had to send an SMS to one of the operator’s numbers. This greatly outraged me, since I used the services of this operator, mainly for calls to Russia. I called the information center, expressed my indignation, but this did not solve the problem, since I still had to send SMS to refuse from the imposed “bonuses”. After that, I hoped that the crisis was over, and the operator would stop industrializing with similar methods, but it was not there. Today I received a message from him again, from which I learned that for me there were changes in the tariff plans or in the tariffs of the plan (I can’t determine what really happened - transfer to a new plan and rename the old one or vice versa).
After reviewing the new conditions and comparing them with those that have now become archival , I was genuinely amazed, because I learned that now when I refill an account, I will withdraw money for the service (100 SMS to the numbers within the operator’s network), which I , in principle, I do not use.
And what do you think, are Habra residents, are such logical actions of such operators?
