For every little reason, it became customary to start hysteria in runet. Few people think of digging out the original source and carefully reading the law, amendment, decree, etc. And it's not easy to dig out, but also to consult with a lawyer, because it is often difficult to correctly interpret written by legal language to an ordinary person far from legal affairs and subtleties.

But no - someone (a journalist, a journalist or someone else) takes a piece of text, gives his personal assessment and his interpretations. And suffered. The masses stirred up and carried to all the portals and tops. Discussions are boiling with passions: "reptiles, freaks, got, it is necessary to bring down" and so on and so forth. So what? How can you react to nonsense when you can’t explain to everyone exactly what was misunderstood and interpreted (and usually, during the promotion, hysterics add a lot of bloody details). On the contrary, the people are so “boiling” that they will not even hear the words, but will perceive the information as an attempt to justify themselves and srach will be even more divorced. Therefore, ignore, calm down themselves.
