MODx 0.9.6 release released

After six months of waiting, a new version of MODx was released - a good environment for developing websites. The new version fixes many bugs and improved localization. True, as they say on the Russian-language site, the Russian translation leaves much to be desired. Therefore it is necessary to wait a little bit for an improved translation.
