Announcement of the Harvest startup tournament (RIF + KIB edition, April 17 and 18)

The next startup tournament Harvest (RIF + KIB edition) will be held on April 17 and 18 in hospitable auditoriums of MFPA (m. Semyonovskaya).

The winner of the tournament will receive the main prize from the Business Incubator at the Academy of National Economy of the Russian Federation - a fully paid trip and training at the Summer Business School at the University of Cambridge .

Over the two days of the tournament, participants will select the most interesting ideas of startups, form teams and, with the support of experts in non-stop mode, will brainstorm the concept, create a prototype, read the business model and write an investment teaser.

The finalist will be determined on April 23 at the Joint Conference of RIF + CIB 2010 . To get to the final in two days you need to: convince people to vote for your idea, create a team, communicate with venerable experts, make a summary of the project in English and go through a telephone interview with a representative of Cambridge University. Knowledge of English is very useful.

The second prize (from Microsoft) - participation in the Start in Garage educational program .

In addition to the prizes, all participants will be able to do the amount of work done in months in two days, make new professional connections and evaluate their readiness to work in a startup mode. The most successful projects will receive powerful information support in the framework of information activities of CIB + RIF 2010, as well as from the organizers and partners of the tournament.
