Workflow - the system for automating the coordination process

ADV still announced a created Workflow web system for automating red tape to agree on solutions such as buying markers or renting a liner for flights to negotiate. The name Workflow, in fact, has something in common with the document flow, because the key to the system is that you can create completely arbitrary processes (document types) and build chains of approvals by them.

I will not go into the "water" words about the system, I will only say that it is completely web-based, including the admin. It is spinning on the Mozart platform, previously laid out (ohm) by the same ADV as an open-source framework, and as a basis for describing all the processes it has its own simple xml-language (meta-description), which describes completely arbitrary (almost without restrictions) forms, including their print versions, of which each document type may have several.
