OmniFocus is a very promising GTD style application.

I first became interested in GTD about a year ago and, in general, it was immediately clear that this scheme responds to all my ideas about the effective and proper organization of work, life and personal time in general.

Meanwhile, like many, I could not agree with the need to conduct all business on paper - I already don’t remember how to hold a pen.

Over the past ten months, I have tried, it seems, the whole version of the organization of the GTD mechanism on the computer. Since I work in MacOSX, I tried the software: iGTD, Kinkless GTD, Actiontastic, etc., known to anyone who has been interested in this issue at least once.

But the beautiful thing happened quite recently: the famous OmniGroup company among the mac-users, the author of the OmniPlan products that deserved universal love, OmniOutliner, OmniGraffle, published a message about the work on the new product - OmniFocus - the correct implementation of GTD.



Actually, now all that can be seen is one video clip (MOV) and a product page . But it already makes it clear that the program will come out beautiful.

In addition, alpha versions are available in torrents.

I recommend everyone to read. The thing is excellent.
