This post is titled with the most famous maxim of Steve Ballmer. Today, in the family of mobile applications for Windows Mobile, an addition happened - we released AlterGeo for Windows Mobile 6.1 and higher (beta version).

The basis of AlterGeo for Windows Mobile is geo-positioning. Using its own hybrid positioning technology (WiFi + GSM + WiMax + IP), AlterGeo will determine your location and prompt the places nearby, find out how far your friends are from you, and what people are close by. Since Google Maps, Yandex.Maps and OpenStreetMaps are built into AlterGeo, you can work with the application anywhere in the world.

The application is available for free, you can download it from the site: altergeo.ru/windows_mobile
Soon the application can be downloaded from the MarketPlace on your phone (section “social networks”).
