A special guest at the event - Yehuda Katz (one of the main developers of Rails, Merb, jQuery, Contributor DataMapper Rubinius, Johnson, the creator of Thor), will make a presentation on " Real Reasons to Switch to Rails 3 " and why Rails 3 development decisions were made.
In the report " Rubinius - Ruby, written in Ruby ", Ivan Samsonov , the contributor to Rubinius, tells in detail about the history of creation, the interpreter device, the virtual machine architecture, the advantages in terms of performance, and development plans for the near future.

Workshop

In addition to reports on Ruby Shift, there will also be a Workshop (master class) for speakers and conference participants who have registered for the Workshop. Hurry up! The number of participants is limited to 30 people. Workshop will be conducted in English.
There are no passive participants in the Workshop. All are actively involved in action, and thus receive maximum benefit.
All participants will be divided into teams, and will take part in the development and Show-real project!
