Changing the conditions of working with Google.Adsense

Today I logged into my Adsense account and were asked to approve the amended working conditions with them.

I do not pretend to the accuracy of the translation, I write as I understood it myself.

The changes are:
1. Google Inc. changed to Google Ireland Limited (what would that mean?).
2. The account currency has changed from US dollars to euros or local currency.
3. Something about taxes. I understand that nothing has changed for us, only for Ireland, Google returns VAT.
4. (almost literally) the law of California has changed to the law of England or local law (not clear (C)).

Well, it is written below that the changes for each country may differ; for the time being, the Russian version is not available, so I suggest reading the English version for the United States.


For me personally, there is only one question: when will they finally start working with webmans? ))
