I can not understand why this is happening, can anyone be able to explain? This is Google's clumsy mechanism or how to understand a similar bug.

At the same time, when you click on “Novosibirsk” and when you go to the first site Gismeteo.ru, we see that tomorrow we are not at all expected by the promised 30 degrees, and even 26 today's ones were not noticed. Why is that?
