Software for backup sites ftp & mysql

Yesterday I was puzzled by the problem of backup of my sites and in search of a solution I came across the next program SiteVault . The demo showed that this is basically what I need.

But:
')
a) I would like to know if there are analogues to compare;
b) the price of $ 99 is not that very heavy, but the toad is still choking :).

The program should be able to download the site and database MySql project, well, and restore them. And also work on a schedule. Actually that's all you need.
