A few years ago, I heard about such a phenomenon as World Citizinship and the availability of the World Identity Card and World Passport, which now (ummm since 1990) also affix two visas - International Exit Visa and International Residence Permit. On Habré, I did not find any information about it.
The organization’s website (
http://www.worldgovernment.org ) has detailed information on how to obtain world citizenship, a world citizen passport, a marriage certificate, and why not pay taxes related to the expenses of the Ministry of Defense and so on.
The Institute of World Citizenship actually appeared in 1948, when Garry Davis (Garry Davis) was once a theater actor on Broadway, as well as a bomber pilot during World War II, publicly announced in Paris that he refused to be a US citizen, as well as henceforth he is a citizen of the world.
The public reaction was ambiguous, in his homeland he was mostly convicted of such a move, and the French government demanded that he leave the country no later than September 12. The problem was that Davis did not have a passport and he could not do it.
However, on September 7, when the representative of the UN General Assembly declared the Palais de Chaillot Square an international territory, and a few days later Davis found himself on the territory recognized by the UN again announced his decision to become a citizen of the world, and having such a strong player as the UN he appealed to international laws with requests to the UN to declare itself a world government, in accordance with the 109 UN Declaration on Human Rights. In addition, he developed the design and released the first world ID - World Identity Card.

However, the UN office asked the local authorities to rid him of this extravagant comrade, and on September 17 he was “forced” to leave the UN territory, but not without world citizenship.
The history of Harry Davis’s adventures lasted for a long time, he was detained many times for lack of documents and for lack of citizenship, but now, for 50 years, there is an organization that is located in Washington, Columbia, and registers everyone for a modest fee, citizens of our common Motherland - the planet Earth.
Different sources talk about different numbers, that now there are between half a million and a million registered citizens of the world. The site contains
an impressive list of countries that at least once admitted or released, that is, de facto recognized, citizens of the world armed with these blue passports with inscriptions in seven languages.
Also, world citizenship is officially recognized by five countries - Ecuador, Mauritania, Tanzania, Togo, Zambia and Burkina Faso.
Anyone from habravchan has a personal experience in obtaining this magical document? Or knows someone personally who safely used this miracle?
