Good all the time.
Let me tell you about the next
packs of the Beeline PPSOS.
Just a few minutes ago I received an SMS message:
“You are connected to the service“ Hello “”
')
And then another:
"Site services
privet.beeline.ru . Password:#####"
It’s clear that I haven’t connected anything to myself, so I’ve got to search the site for information, how can I disable this “Hello”, because There is no information about this in the messages.
I went and ohu stunned:
The cost of the service is 0 rubles, while the monthly fee varies from 1.5 to 2 rubles / day, depending on the region (for prepaid tariffs).
I read further:
“Please note that after the expiration of the order, it will be automatically renewed for the same period and under the same conditions.”More and more I am convinced that I need “To disconnect, call the number 0770”, which I do.
On the phone, a multi-voiced robot tells me how useful and cool this service is and how I can download various melodies to myself, then after some squeak they give out “And a completely useless button 5 - turning off the service”.
I press it and listen to the story that "No one has ever pressed it, that I am the first subscriber who is trying to turn off the service and that if I decide to turn it on, I have to call 0770 again."
Then I hung up, but something held me back and literally after a second of silence the robot gave out - “If you really decided to turn off the service, press 1, and if not, then ...”.
Nifiga divorce itself, I thought, but it turned out to be flowers. I pressed 1 and heard: “Sorry, there was a technical failure, if you still want to deactivate the service, then try the same thing later or call technical support.”
I tried “all the same thing” 3 more times with the same success, or the beeline catches the “subscriber effect” if everyone rushed to turn it off, or it was made specifically for reasons: “Calling to the service will be too lazy for many lines hang / fall off ".
In the subscriber service has not yet called, because I want to formulate questions in advance, and not just turn off the service.
The question arises - how legitimate are such actions of the OSCE, is it possible to complain somewhere?
Upd: Apparently I'm not the
first , it means that the technical problem is not due to the influx of subscribers.
Upd2: I used the help of the service
Nepfigizm , where I received a lot of useful information, as well as a link to a
similar case . I sent an appeal to the
FS on supervision in the field of communications .
