hosting.ua reports that the fire in the data center is a force majeure

On hosting.ua , information became available on the fire that occurred on March 27, 2010. I give here the full text, because in the future the page may change.

March 31, 2010 Future Technologies Limited Liability Company, EDRPOU code 34505938 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), hereby informs that the 27.03.2010 is. at 22:00 in the premises of the Company, located at the address: Odessa, st. Dalnitskaya, 46, there was a fire. As a result of this fire, the equipment with which the Company provides services to customers was damaged. Due to fire damage to the equipment, the Limited Liability Company “Technologists of the Future”, today, is not able to properly fulfill its obligations under contracts concluded with customers. The company makes all possible efforts for the speedy restoration of damaged equipment to resume the provision of services to the Company's customers. The company will notify on the results and timing of the work in the future. Limited Liability Company “Technologists of the Future” reports that the above-mentioned fire is a force majeure circumstance (force majeure) for the Company with the corresponding consequences provided for and arising from Article 617 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. The Company will notify its customers of the termination of the said force majeure for the Company.

At this time, work is underway to restore the functionality of virtual hosting and the construction of racks for moving unaffected servers. This is primarily about servers with alphabetic indices A, B, C, D, G. Information from servers whose indices start with E and F cannot be recovered, new dedicated servers will be provided to users of these servers.
