3.5 GHz Wimax already in Minsk from Beltelecom

Today, Beltelecom announced , as promised, the launch of commercial operation of the Wimax network at 3.5 GHz in Minsk for individuals.

Tariffs are the same as for ADSL from byfly.
There are two anlim with speed limits:
Homebody Plus (up to 512 Kbps) - 80,000 Br (~ $ 27)
“Homebody XXL” (up to 1024 Kbps) - 100,000 Br (~ $ 34)

The equipment is provided free of charge for the duration of the contract (usb modem Huawei BM338 ).

UPD : dot coverage, handover between BS no
UPD2 : while there is a limit on the number of users - 1000 people. And BTK in general is not yet sure about the suitability of mobile Wimax.

ps in Belarus there are already two 3G operators: velcom with coverage in Minsk and Gomel, life :) with a network in all more or less large cities.
In addition, life :) operator submitted an application for allocation of LTE frequencies to it for consideration by the State Radio Frequency Commission.
