iTunes, iPad, eBooks & ePub

Already no news that yesterday a fresh version of iTunes came out on the eve of receiving the first copies of the iPad and began its official sales in the US (according to rumors, the rest will get it at about the same time when the States get it in 3G version - that is, in late April).

Another thing is interesting - now in the library section, instead of Audiobooks, is simply Books. Not only that - the closest ePub file was eaten with a bang and got into the section of books:

The moral of this story is that iBooks on iPad will fully support the ePub format, where you can download books from your personal library on your own. That will undoubtedly be a big plus for fans of the Russian-speaking (Ukrainian-speaking, Hebrew, hieroglyphs and other languages ​​other than English) because I personally doubt that the iTunes Store will have books in languages ​​other than English.

I will not say anything about the non-showing cover - I haven’t played much.

The fact that most of us have a library in the fb2 format is not scary - it is converted to elementary in ePub.
