“Looking for partners” or “welcome to the office”
Hello, dear habr-people!
I remember the last time I wrote about finding a partner here almost a year ago. I was looking for people to collaborate on startups. Now the idea of my post is a bit more prosaic, but much more stable)
What happened this year: first, of course, the world began to emerge from the crisis and, I think, everyone here felt a boost in their work. There were customers for our usual services and wonderful, but slightly distant dreams of their own super-profitable Internet start-ups began to fade into the background.

So, what am I talking about: now in one remarkable structure (I will not name it yet, so as not to disclose its plans), which is closely related to advertising, I have been offered at least four jobs. The structure is planning to create something like coworking, an incubator for young professionals. The beauty is that if I and my business associates benefit from this structure, we will be provided with office space on very favorable barter terms.
So far, all that is required of us is the unhurried scaling of their website. In the future, the pr of this structure will be connected to the requirements on the Internet. Agree: it is not very difficult for us) In exchange for this, we are given at least 4 jobs (we will behave well - they will give as much as necessary).
What I do and why I am looking for partners to the office:
I am a producer and manager of Internet projects, I have always worked with outsourced contractors. (I think it’s possible not to write about all the benefits of this decision;)) This structure promises an influx of clients, but now I’m running 5 projects - I don’t have enough hands for more. It would be easy to find employees, but I would like to work with those who see prospects, and not just current tasks. I want to create a full-fledged agency. On the basis of my project or yours - we will already agree on this in person;)

Our “virtual organization” has existed for 4 years. A website, fifty works in a portfolio, a legal entity, and now an office in the building of a media structure (Moscow, near the third transport).
