Personnel question: Is a soldier bad, not dreaming of becoming a general?
Discussed today with a friend, who is better to hire:
1) Worker striving for greater heights in his career (usually younger). As an example, a programmer at the age of 20 who dreams of being a director of a large office and earning a lot of money.
