Analyzing the results of tests and numerous reviews of Nvidia Fermi, I came to the following conclusions:

- GTX480 is about 5-15% faster than the Radeon HD5870
- GTX480 is about 5-15% slower than the Radeon HD5970
- GTX480 in some 3D-applications remains on an equal footing with the Radeon HD5870, and even loses a bit. But the number of such applications is about 20%.
- GTX470 looks like a worthy competitor to the HD5850
- GTX470 confidently bypasses the current single-chip flagship Nvidia - GTX285.

Honestly, I expected a little more from the products of Nvidia Fermi. I really wanted to see a strong advantage over the Fermi Radeon, unfortunately, this did not happen. Nevertheless, I am pleased to see that after several failed generations, ATI was able to catch up in performance. I really hope that this will help to adjust the prices on the market, because I think that many have noticed a tendency that Nvidia products have become too expensive.
