So I spat and went to the MTS, I was pleased with everything, MTS in general loved me too, after a while I made a very good tariff (new subscribers could not connect to it). Everything would be fine, but a year ago I began to introduce various services without my knowledge, and paid ones, I swore at them, swore, and again spat and went to the beeline. Beeline must be said in those difficult times of crisis that I was abusing only advertising spam, and various delusional lotteries, which didn’t make me feel good. And today I receive a text message from biline - you have the “Hello” service connected. I go to the site, and I see that the service in general is a paid link . The service is paid, about 50 rubles per month. And the most disgusting is the fact that people piss me off with retarded ringing tones, sometimes you even want to hang up the phone than listen to some pop music instead of beeps.

You can’t turn it off via a short number, you can’t see it in the Internet office either. I call it means by calling 0770, where a cheerful male and female voice begins to actively advertise this nonsense, and list the items in the voice menu. Paragraph 5 literally sounds like this: “5 A completely useless button, no one ever pushes it, this is a service shutdown button”
I click on this button, again literally: “I can’t believe it, you are the first person who pressed this button, press 1 to turn off the service”
I click on the button. there is a grinding sound, and some strange sound and voice: “Oh, sorry, a technical error has occurred, please call 0611 for details”

Except using obscene words, I cannot describe this fraudulent scheme, but I will refrain.

I called the number 0611, there is again a voice menu, in which there are only three points: the Internet, gprs / mms, state communication, I press the number three, I listened to various nonsense, but I could not find how to contact the call center operator.

In general, the service is not disabled, I hope in the evening I will still find how to talk with the operator, otherwise I will have to go to the office, and most likely close my contract with Beeline, and go on to tele2 ...

It turned out to disable the service through * 111 *, first they wrote that the service is temporarily not working, but after 5 minutes the SMS came that the service was disabled
