The open source web browser Mozilla Firefox has an add-on that allows you to install extensions to another web browser - Google Chrome.

The so-called Google Chrome Extensions Manager (Google Chrome Extensions Manager), published in the official Firefox Add-ons directory, allows you to install and uninstall extensions that were created for Chrome in Firefox. Firefox versions 3.5 to 3.7a1pre are supported, and the current status of the project is experimental.

The author of the development notes that at the moment in Firefox, when using Chrome extensions, the following file is supported: manifest file, background pages, options pages, browser actions, content-scripts, pattern matching, all of the Firefox API for HTML5, part of the Chrome API (browserAction, extension, tabs, windows). Among the currently unsupported features are bookmarks, pageAction, NPAPI plugins, themes, internationalization, automatic updates.
