Where do our ideas go?

Maybe I did not understand something, then enlighten, but how much I already here, a lot of ideas for the site. And many of them are very efficient. And it seems everyone agrees that they need to be introduced ... Only while I do not see innovation. Is it so conceived? Just then it is not clear why we all try, we think of ideas :)
