Ponosov accused the prosecutor's office of piracy
Alexander Ponosov sent a statement to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation and the Prosecutor's Office of the Perm Territory, accusing the prosecutor of the Vereshchaginsky district, his subordinates and an independent expert of committing crimes similar to those for which Mr. Ponosov himself was tried.
Mr. Ponosov explains his position by the fact that during the trial, “the public prosecutor Kurdoyakova N.V. <...> proved in court that any inclusion of computers, at which counterfeit programs are loaded into the computer’s memory, is a crime under Art. 146 of the Criminal Code. Alexander Ponosov stresses that the representative of Microsoft Potapov A.V. adhered to a similar position, but did not personally present any charges against him.
Based on the logic of Ms. Kurdoyakova, Mr. Ponosov demands that the guilty of 146 art. Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation: a worker of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Vereshchaginsky District Mashyanovu S.N., a specialist of the administration of the Vereshchaginsky District Pugin DA, an expert who conducted an examination of the programs on hard drives, Artyomov S.P. Troyanova A.V. All of them, according to Mr. Ponosov, one way or another loaded into the computer memory counterfeit programs, and, therefore, are also subject to punishment.

In conclusion, Mr. Ponosov points to Article 19 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, which guarantees the equality of all before the law and the court, and requests that all the above-mentioned persons be brought to criminal liability.
