Have you ever wondered what exactly your mouse does when its cursor moves across the entire surface of the screen while you are busy with your work?
A small program
IOGraph will help you to visualize it. It runs in the background and tracks all movements and pauses of the mouse (or touch pad) when you use your Mac.
You can export all this activity of your mouse to a graphic file, the substrate for which can serve as your desktop, and white canvas. Start the application, select the required settings (background image and tracking pointer stops) and start recording.

After that, “forget” about the application for a while, and after a few hours, look at what you did. Black dots indicate pauses, and the longer they are, the longer your cursor has been idle in a certain place. That's what I got in the end for 4 hours of the program:
')
IOGraph can be useful not only for fun, but also for work. For example, when testing interfaces for applications or for web developers. The program itself is multiplatform, and is available not only for Mac OS X, but also for Linux and Windows.
In the end, of course, for what you would not use
IOGraph , it fully justifies its slogan:
Launch IOGraph. Do your job. Create art.
