Opera Mini Browser sent to Apple iPhone AppStore

Today, Opera Software has taken the first step towards making Opera Mini browser officially available for iPhone owners - we sent this browser for review in the AppStore. In fact, the first step, of course, was the actual development of this version, but this process was hidden from the eyes of the general public, so it’s more logical to start the countdown from today.

The result is quite difficult to predict - after all, it depends more on Apple than on us, but we hope for a quick and positive outcome. I can also rejoice and reassure - Opera Mini in the AppStore will be a free application.

We also prepared a small competition in connection with this event. The condition for participation is very simple: just predict how long it will take to review our application in the AppStore by selecting the day and time in the calendar on this page. The winner, whose prediction will be closest to the real result, will receive this iPhone as a gift.
