Having connected the application Account-Acts, we select a payment or several payments for which you need to generate documents. For clarity, I created two payments that imitate a stormy activity:

The paid version of the application allows you to save and reuse data about counterparties, automatically changes the sequence numbers of documents and distributes labels to payments
Documents created by the paid version are “attached” to payments, at any time you can download previously created invoices and acts:

Often, along with the task of preparing the documents themselves, the task of organizing them emerges. There are sharp questions, which invoices have been forgotten, and which accounts have not yet been closed by acts.
To solve these problems, we use tags in Finobox. In the example, one of the payments is “closed”, the second hangs without an act and without payment. For the order we will create several filters.
Filtering by tags supports logical constructs, such as “AND” - listing of labels through plus, “OR” - listing through comma and “NOT” - indicating the exclamation mark in front of the label.
So:
1 Display of payments for which no documents were issued (! Invoice +! Act):
2 Bills are issued, but the acts are not closed (account +! Act):
3 Completed transactions, certificates signed, money received (account + certificate):
