Question for 10 terabytes

We need a raid array of about 10 terabytes. Tasks - storage of television content, archive and all sorts of filming, plus a single network, the ability to access this information from different editing stations.

Turned into the company counted on a round sum - 350 000.

Someone can look at the specification of the raid array (under the cut) and say how reasonable such amounts are and whether it is possible to somehow reduce, save?
