Results TopCoder High School 2010
On Saturday, March 20, the final round of the tournament for schoolchildren TCHS 2010 was held. Results (the first 6 places are given - participants who solved all three tasks):
1. tourist - Gennadiy Korotkevich, Belarus (the famous habrabra for the victory in IOI-2009 )
2. exod40 - Bulgaria
3. neal_wu - USA
4. lyrically - japan
5. rng_58 - Japan
6. meret - Poland
Interestingly, the statistics of the distribution of 100 participants in the final by countries: China (19 participants) is confidently in the lead, Poland and Russia (11), Bulgaria (9), Croatia (6) and Japan (5) complete the top 6 countries with 5 and more members. From Ukraine, traditionally strongly serving in student competitions, only two people passed to the final, and only one participated at all. Such a weak interest in this remarkable tournament cannot but grieve (especially me, his ardent preacher , author of the second round and the apologist of TopCoder as a whole).
