Russian Post: write complaints. How to

The situation with the delivery of parcels from abroad (which often go more than two months) due to the fault of the Russian Post (which is more likely than the fault of the customs officers) does not cause any other words, except for “Outrageous!”.

On TV, the Russian Post and customs officers shift the blame on each other and make excuses.
The article on the Expert clarifies the situation a bit , but on the whole - very sad.

I think not one such victim, therefore I call upon those who waited / waited for a long time for various parcels and letters from abroad to go this way (do not sit well just to resent your fist):

Already on March 22, and so far nothing has come.
This is simply outrageous!

Please understand and punish those responsible.

1) sue
2) write on onlinepetition.ru
3) to mention the results of communication with representatives of the post office and customs (ie, something like “to my inquiries about the location of the parcel and the timing of its delivery ...”).

PS for the minus - I have a living example (see the comments), when the complaints made in this way helped a colleague to receive his package and bring rustling in the receiving EMS. I understand that it is easier to ignore this comment and continue to come off
