On March 5, two documents were canceled that used to stand up to any IT person as a bone in the throat. These are “Recommendations for ensuring the security of personal data when processing them in personal data information systems” and “Basic measures for organizing and maintaining technical security of personal data processed in personal data information systems” ( Pruflink )
What does this give?
Firstly, now PD operators do not have to have a license to conduct technical protection of personal data.
Secondly, now software will be certified only on category K1, which still needs to be earned.
