Two cool stuff for Firefox

Epigraph
If you smash those two things that I want to present to you for different posts, you will get two small news, and so - it’s one, big, and about Firefox :)

So in this issue: “Google, Mouse and Firefox”, as well as “Firefox for clerks :)”

Google search without mouse
Not so long ago, Google presented its wonderful project that allows you to search Google without a keyboard (as it seemed to me, the news about it slipped on Habré, but the search for the tag “Google” did not produce results - help is welcome). I saw the news, but I didn’t think that it was already a working service, but it turned out to be working, and even as to simplify communication with it, a kind soul unknown to the author did a search engine extension
Everything is simple with it: save to the folder C: \ Documents and Settings \ UserName \ Application Data \ Mozilla \ Firefox \ Profiles \ ProfileName \ searchplugins and restart Firefox.
Let me remind keyboard shortcuts to search for Firefox:
')
You can start searching using Ctrl + K ( Cmd + K for Mac users)
Select the search engine Ctrl + Up (Mac: Cmd + Up ) and Ctrl + Down (Mac: Cmd + Down ).
Open results in a new window: Alt + Enter (or you can set Firefox so that it always opens search results in a new window: type about: config in the address bar, set browser.search.openintab to true)

And for new-found Google:

J - select the next result
K - select previous result
Enter or O - open the selected result.
/ - move the cursor to the search bar
Esc - remove the cursor from the line

But this we only had warming up - now let's move on to the main joyful news:

Docufarm
You have never encountered such a situation - 20 tabs are open in Firefox, the system, frankly, does not fly, and here you have found something very interesting for yourself, but it is packaged by a caring owner of information in some sort of office format: pdf , ppt , doc , rtf or (what the hell is not joking) in ps
You have to clutch your teeth to download the application and only then enjoy the information found.
As they say in advertising, and I was once the same, but then I discovered the Firefox extension Docufarm
It should be installed, as you immediately get the opportunity to view all the above file types, and if the author understood correctly, then not even installing office applications! Here is an example of viewing a doc document directly in the browser.

What else is there to add ... Only one thing: I did not experiment on a computer where Office is not installed, and there is very little information on the official site, so comments are welcome!

PS testing this extension on documents found by Yandex, faced the following problem: all office file files are forcibly offered for download (I don’t know how to explain it), but Google doesn’t create such a problem

It is interesting to know the opinions of those who tested ...
