The author of the book ExtJs in Action Jesus Garcia presents a very detailed 49-minute screencast with a large number of visual diagrams, recorded over 20 hours of material that he will present later

The screencast itself is in English, but there are a lot of schemes and code (recall in HD quality), so I think it will be clear to most.
